Paint your own Canvas at the Bremen Public Library

by Bremen Public LIbrary on March 26, 2016

If you’re not going to the beach for spring break, don’t worry! You bring the beach to Bremen by painting your own beach scene on canvas at Bremen Public Library on Thursday, April 7.

Artist Susie Schaetzle from Create-UR-Canvas will guide participants in painting an 11x14 stretched canvas using acrylics. This month’s painting is called “Washed Ashore.” The project fee of $15 includes the canvas, the use of an easel, paint and brushes, along with step-by-step instructions.

The event begins at 6 p.m. in the lower level meeting room of the library and is expected to conclude by 7:30.

Class size is limited. Payment is required at time of registration. Visit the Bremen Public Library to reserve your spot.

Call the library at 574-546-2849 with questions.
