Create Thanksgiving Decor with Electronic Cutter in Nappanee Library Makerspaceby Jessica Flores on November 10, 2015 |
Nappanee, Ind. – Paper designer, blogger and professional crafter, Jill Lebbin, of EveryDayIsAnOccassion.com, will teach a class on making a collection of party accessories for Thanksgiving on Tuesday, November 17, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Nappanee Public Library’s makerspace. This will be a great chance for makers to learn the ins and outs of the Silhouette Cameo digital cutter and many of its capabilities while making an attractive finished product. The focus in this class will be on the machine’s PixScan Technology, which allows you to cut precisely around any printed image or position cut lines in a specific location on your material using a camera or scanner.
The class is free and open to ages 12 and up, but participants are asked to register by November 10, by calling (574) 773-7919, or online at www.nappaneelibrary.org.
