Holiday Hours at the Wakarusa Public Library

by Shondra Brown on December 15, 2015

Book Bites is an informal story hour that will take place in the Children’s Room of the library on Monday, December 21 at 10:15 a.m.  Children will hear “Santa Claus and the Three Bears” by Maria Modugno, and complete an activity or a craft.  No registration is required for this event.

Holiday hours are fast approaching!  The library will be closed all day on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (December 24 & 25).  On New Year’s Eve (December 31) we will be closing at noon, and then will remain closed all day on January 1.

“Snowball’s Christmas Eve” is currently running on our Dial-A-Story Line at 862-4441.  Callers will hear how a tiny white kitten helps Santa make his Christmas Eve run, which turns out to be quite an experience.
