Our summer Preschool Story Hour program (ages 3-5 years) will begin on Tuesday, June 2, at 10:15 a.m. Registered children will hear a story about community heroes and participate in an activity and/or craft. This week’s story will be Officer Buckle and Gloria by Peggy Rathmann.
Come explore the world of dinosaurs and read Dinosaurs, Dinosaurs by Byron Barton in our Tiny Tots Story Hour (ages 1-2 years)! Registered children will roar along with songs and participate in a dinosaur craft on Wednesday, June 3 at 10:00 a.m.
Children grades K-5 will want to sign up for our School Age Special to be held on Wednesday, June 3 at 2:00 p.m. Registered participants will meet some of our local firemen and police officers, explore and touch a real fire truck and police car all while honoring our ‘Community Heroes’!
Does your Young Adult (grades 6-8) have leftover auction bucks from a previous Summer Reading Club? If so, they will want to shop our YA Store from 9:30 – 11:00 am on Thursday, June 4. Previously earned auction bucks may be redeemed at this time for prizes, four more store times will occur until the end of June, when the auction bucks will become obsolete.
