Morgan Anderson has signed a letter of intent to attend Huntington University located in Huntington, Indiana, where she will continue her soccer career and study social work. As a senior, Morgan served as team captain and was selected to the Northern State Conference first team. During her career at Bremen High School, Morgan anchored the defense at the sweeper position. This past season, Morgan was named the team’s Most Valuable Player, received the Leadership Award and selected as a member of the 2014 Indiana Elite North All Star Soccer team. In addition to soccer, Morgan participates on the BHS swim team and she currently ranks 3rd in her class academically.

“Morgan’s team leadership and on-field tenacity will certainly be missed next season,” stated Bremen Head Soccer Coach Tom Chang. “The competitiveness and skills she developed throughout her time with our program had become our defensive anchor, which contributed greatly to many of our victories. As a coach, my hope is that some of her passion for soccer, for this team and for Bremen High School may have rubbed off on next year’s team.”
